NEW LIFE 2018
Namibian Photo Safari
February 5th – 14th, 2018
The rainy season in Namibia brings New Life to the savanna and during this photo safari we’ll experience the revitalizing African rains firsthand as expert local safari guides lead us through lush green grasslands and dense mountain forests in search of lions, elephants, zebras, cheetahs, and countless other creatures hiding throughout the wilderness of Namibia’s largest private game reserve – Erindi.
After spending 5-days in the dense green savanna, we’ll end the trip an excursion to the coastal town of Swakopmund, Namibia where we’ll ride quad-bikes into the desert dunes. In the dunes we’ll have the opportunity to create unique environmental portraits, aerial photos of the vast landscape, and stunning images of the sun setting over the endless sand-drifts. Following our coastal adventure we’ll venture to an ancient inland desert camp of Sossusvlei in the southern part of the oldest desert in the world – the Namib. Whilst there we’ll photograph the historical Acacia trees of Deadvlei amidst a the sun setting over distant burnt red dunes.
